Workshops and intensives

Days rather than months.

Some people cannot do this in ninety minute pieces. Either their life will not hold a weekly appointment, or they simply want to get somewhere rather than approach it slowly for a year.

This is for you if

  • You travel, or your schedule will not hold a weekly slot
  • You want to arrive at something rather than circle it
  • You are at a genuine turning point with a date attached
  • You have done weekly work elsewhere and stalled

Why concentration helps

A week between sessions is long enough for a system to close back over what was opened. In a concentrated block you stay in it, which means the second day starts where the first ended rather than most of the way back at the beginning.

How they are built

Around you, not around a curriculum. We agree in advance what you are actually here for, and then the days are shaped by what is in front of us: deep work where there is something to clear, coaching where there is something to build, and enough space to let it land rather than stacking session on session until you are flooded.

In person or online

Both work. In person in Walnut Creek, and online in any location, which people who are traveling or living elsewhere use regularly.

Format

Built to fit, typically across two or more days. Ask on the free fifteen minute call and I will tell you honestly whether an intensive or weekly sessions would serve you better.

This is not for everyone, and I will say so if I think weekly work would suit you more.
