A day in the arena shows a team how it actually works together, which is usually a little different from how it believes it works together.
We set up hands on challenges with the horses that a group can only solve together. Who speaks first, who waits, who takes charge, who quietly carries the work, where communication breaks down: all of it becomes visible within minutes, without a single slide.

How it runs
Half day and full day formats, built around the outcomes you name in advance. After each activity we pause, look at what happened, and connect it to how the team operates back at work. Groups leave with agreements they made themselves, which is why they tend to keep them.
No riding and no horse experience required. Everything happens on the ground.
